Greg and Brenda Milakis are the
owners of Milakis Rentals. They
have been in the student rental business for twenty years.
Greg graduated from Wabash College and Brenda graduated from
Purdue University. Their business has a very small overhead
because they want to make sure that each and every student
is well taken care of. They are Lafayette natives and
reside here with their three children. Each resident
will get to meet Greg and Brenda often, whether seeing Greg
mowing the lawns or Brenda showing apartments. They are
much more involved than most owners, on-site overseeing the
business and making sure your living experience is everything
you expect it to be!

Rentals for seven years. She is Office Manager/Bookkeeper. Jackie
is from the area and is married with four beautiful girls.
Sean Bellon
Maintenance Supervisor

Sean Bellon has been with Milakis
Rentals for two years as the Maintenance Supervisor. Sean
is married with a two year old little girl. Sean has
been doing maintenance for ten years and is very knowledgeable. Sean
also does a great job of maintaining our ethernet system.
